Japanese Hair Straightening.?

I've been thinking about getting Japenese Hair Straightening. But I need more info. on it first.

My hair is very thick and poofy. I straighten it A LOT, but it doesn't come out as straight as I want it to.

1) I've heard if you get the Japanese Hair Straightening; you can lose your hair quicker.

Is it true?

2) How straight does it come out?

3) Will it be any thinner?

ANY information you have on it ; please let me know. Thank you :)

Japanese Hair Straightening.?

How straight it comes out depends upon the skill of the person doing the straightening. It can/should come out perfectly straight so that you can just wash it, comb it, and it will dry straight.

There won't be any hair loss from the straightening process. It may look thinner because curly hair tends to look fuller, but there shouldn't be any actual thinning taking place.

The hair that is straightened will be straight permanently, but any new hair that grows in will be as curly as the previous growth was, so depending upon how fast your hair grows, you will probably want to straighten it again about every six months.

well it's a perm so i would guess it can probavly lose your hair quicker but there are so many hair products out there to conditioner it so you probabyl don't have to worry about that. the perm last realllllllly long like 6 months at the least, but it might be different depending on your hair. it will probably feel thinner and it's REALLY STRAIGHT. but i think it depends on what kind of salon you go to ..i would recommend an asian salon cause a lot of people go there to get the perms : )
