Do babies usually lose their first hair after some weeks/months?

My baby has so much hair for her age. I heard that sometimes they might lose it all again.. Is that true?

Yeah. This is the case with most bubs. Particularly on those spots where they lay. Their hair is so soft and not very hardy. Moving their little heads side to side, bathing their heads and hormonal changes all contribute. Don't worry too much, it will grow back eventually. Maybe your baby won't have this problem. Lot's of bubs keep their hair also.

yes- especially where they lay down all the time. If they sleep on their back and the back of the head will loose its hair

some do, some don't I normal either way

If your daughter has alot of hair, she probably won't loose it. Two of my daughters had lots of hair and they kept it. They rubbed a little ofF their heads where they lay on them so much! iT was hardly noticeable and it grew with the rest of it! A baby that has lighter colored hair or not so much is more likely to loose the hair than a baby with a full head of hair!

Some do and some don't! My son didn't loose any of his hair!! He has a head full of curly locks!!!

Yes usually where they lie down...it's usually not alot though so no worries. Kinda depends on the kid.

It all depends on the individual baby, my first baby girl was bald as by the time she was 6 months old and her hair didn't start growing back till she was 10 months and my 8 month old now has a full head of hair, she never lost any.

yes, it can fall out or get rubbed out in the crib. It will grow back and a lot of times it's just a round patchon the very back on her head. Not to worry....
