That's a very good question. I had stitches in my eyebrow when i was young and have a scar. The growth has always been strange and no hair grows in the scar. I think this may be because the roots are damaged, being so close to the surface.

I know that my sister also has a scar on the back of her head and no hair grows in that either. However, you might be able to talk to people at hair regrowth centres or places that do hair implants (like when men get their bald patches filled in!)

I know that sounds a little weird, but they might have seen something similar and be able to help! ( also they may be able to control the growth pattern, which means no more plucking or waxing! they just grown perfect!)
