I have the following symptoms. Hair loss, fatigue, cold extremities (hands worse than feet), night sweats, irritability. I have had iron deficiency before but I have never lost my hair, my doctor thought it was because of my switching birth control but I switched back to my old one and the hair loss has not improved. I used to have really thick hair and there is no hair loss in my family, some of my uncles have lost their hair but that is just on my dads side and both of my parents have a full head of hair.
